Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you access our website, browse or buy products, request quotations, book consultations, use support channels, or engage Bullaugen Technology Ltd for technology integration services. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms and any additional written terms provided for a specific order, project, package, or maintenance plan.

Our products and services

Bullaugen Technology Ltd supplies, installs, configures, and supports technology solutions including security and surveillance systems, CCTV, access control, smart home automation, smart lighting, audio-visual systems, home cinema, boardroom automation, networking, and related products. Availability, specifications, prices, and service coverage may change without notice.

Quotations and project scope

  • Quotations are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may change after site inspection, design review, exchange-rate changes, stock changes, or revised customer requirements.
  • A project scope may include hardware, software, cabling, installation labour, configuration, training, documentation, warranty terms, maintenance terms, and exclusions as stated in the quotation or proposal.
  • Work outside the agreed scope, including additional cabling, civil works, access equipment, hidden wiring, repairs, extra devices, or urgent callouts, may attract additional charges.

Orders and payment

  • Orders are confirmed only when accepted by Bullaugen Technology Ltd and any required deposit, full payment, or purchase order has been received.
  • Prices may be shown in Nigerian naira or another stated currency and may exclude delivery, installation, taxes, duties, or third-party fees unless expressly included.
  • Where payment is made through online payment providers, banks, transfer, card, or other channels, payment confirmation may be required before dispatch, installation, or service activation.
  • Late, reversed, failed, or disputed payments may delay delivery, suspend service, or result in order cancellation.

Delivery, installation, and site access

  • Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, logistics, site readiness, weather, public holidays, access restrictions, or third-party dependencies.
  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable site access, accurate addresses, authorized representatives, power supply, internet connectivity where required, and permission to perform agreed work.
  • We may reschedule or charge additional fees where technicians cannot access the site, the site is unsafe, required approvals are missing, or prerequisites have not been completed.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for enquiries, orders, shipping, billing, project design, support, and warranty claims.
  • Use products and systems lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with manufacturer documentation, applicable privacy laws, security laws, property rules, and our instructions.
  • Keep account credentials, administrator passwords, device access, and network access secure after handover.
  • Back up important settings, recordings, access lists, and data where applicable, unless a written support plan says otherwise.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

  • Return, cancellation, and refund eligibility depends on product condition, order status, special-order items, installation progress, manufacturer rules, and any written agreement for the transaction.
  • Opened, installed, configured, custom-ordered, damaged, or special procurement items may not be returnable except where required by law or approved by Bullaugen Technology Ltd.
  • Approved refunds may exclude delivery, installation, inspection, payment processing, restocking, and other costs already incurred.

Warranties and support

  • Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties and installation workmanship warranties as stated in the quotation, invoice, warranty card, or service agreement.
  • Warranty coverage does not usually include misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, power surges, lightning, water damage, vandalism, accidents, pest damage, software tampering, third-party changes, or normal wear and tear.
  • Support response times depend on the issue, location, maintenance plan, spare-part availability, and whether the request is remote, onsite, standard, or emergency support.

Website and account use

  • You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, scrape content at scale, upload harmful code, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
  • We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, restrict access, or refuse service where we suspect fraud, abuse, security risk, payment issues, or violation of these terms.
  • Website content, images, logos, copy, product organization, design, and other materials belong to Bullaugen Technology Ltd or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullaugen Technology Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, data loss, loss of recordings, or security incidents caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
