Complete Smart Home — Lekki Phase 1

A newly built 5-bedroom duplex with no integrated technology. The homeowners wanted a fully automated smart home but were overwhelmed by the complexity and cost of different systems.
We designed a unified smart home system covering security (12× 4K cameras, smart locks), whole-house lighting automation with custom scenes, multi-room Sonos audio, automated curtains, and a dedicated home cinema with Dolby Atmos 7.1.4.

An expanding financial services firm needed to upgrade from a basic security setup to enterprise-grade surveillance and modern boardroom technology for investor presentations.
We installed 32 AI-powered Hikvision cameras with perimeter analytics, biometric access control at all entry points, and a fully automated boardroom with 4K projection, wireless presentation, and Crestron control.
